Pricing
- $70 plus tax per install
- After 4 months there will be a charge of $25 for the next 3 months or any part of it for the extended rental.
- $120 fee for lost or damaged posts
- Trip charge $45
- Aldershot & Waterdown $70 plus time charge to and from the next closest sign that day @ $110/h and time charge for pick up from the closest sign that day
- Rural and surrounding areas, please email for a quote ahead of time
- Invoicing sent at the end of each month to be paid upon receipt (please note: non-payment may result in the suspension of future installations and removal of existing signs)

Where we work
Installation
We can install your signs and riders with less than 24 hours notice as long as requests get sent in by 6 p.m. the previous night. We have years of experience which allows us to know exactly where to install a sign for the highest visibility possible.
Removal
Once the property has sold, we will remove the signage, sign post and any riders in a timely fashion. Your sign will then be ready to be picked up by you or someone from your team.
Storage
Storing your signs with List 2 Close helps everyone! Storing your signs allows us to effectively install your signs without the extra step of coordinating sign drop offs and pick ups. We also use clean and secure storage facilities to keep your signs in top quality condition.
