We aren't limited to Mississauga. Our team of professional real estate sign post installers work throughout Western Greater Toronto Area from as far north as Georgetown to as far west as Burlington. We offer daily services in some of the Western GTA's most active real estate markets such as Mississauga.

Pricing
- $59 plus tax per install
- After 3 months there will be a charge of $25 for the next 3 months or any part of it for the extended rental. If the post has lights it will be $35.
- $120 fee for lost or damaged posts
- Trip charge $45
- Aldershot & Waterdown - extra $60
- Rural and surrounding areas, please email for a quote ahead of time
- Invoicing sent at the end of each month to be paid upon receipt (please note: non-payment may result in the suspension of future installations and removal of existing signs)

Where we work
Installation
Whether your listing is hitting the market tomorrow or a few weeks from now, our quick turnaround service allows to install your signs and riders with less than 24 hours notice as long as requests get sent in by 6 p.m. the previous night.
Removal
Congratulations! Your listing has sold. Once your real estate sign is no longer needed, we will remove the signage, sign post and any riders in a timely fashion. Your sign will then be ready to be picked up by you or someone from your team.
Storage
Do you need some extra storage space? Storing your signs with List 2 Close allows us to effectively install your signs without the extra step of coordinating sign drop offs and pick ups. Our storage facilities are clean and secure which prolongs the life of your signage.
