It is your responsibility as the real estate agent and/or broker to review all the conditions stipulated in these terms and conditions. For your convenience, we worked hard to ensure that the language of this agreement is reasonably accessible. Any failure to acknowledge these terms and conditions can result in the suspension of an account, and/or the incurrence of greater charges to your invoice.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you. Changes will be posted on your bill for one monthly cycle and on the order form for 1 month.


Ordering a Service:

"Next Day Guarantee" Conditions:
All orders must be sent through the website order form. No texting or calling in orders. Orders received by 6pm for are daily service area will be done the following Business Day.
Weather conditions may keep are drivers off the road in extremely bad weather. Removals may be done a day or two early or a day later to fit the schedule better.


Please review your order

We use the address you provide on the order, so it is your responsibility, as the real estate agent or broker, to guarantee the information provided is correct.
When you place the order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out hear and agree to pay all charges related to your order.
It is your responsibility when ordering s removal that our post is easily accessible. Post's that are locked in garages or back yards will require a second trip to retry.
You will be billed for this. If posts are lost agents will be responsible for the cost.
If a second trip to move a post or add a rider is requested. A trip charge will be billed.
If you want the post in a specific spot, then you should leave a marker and put that in the note section on the order form.
You should receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and a second confirmation email when the service has been completed (install or removal).


Obstructions / Nowhere to install:

List 2 close will not install a post and sign if a large obstruction makes it unsafe to do so. The Installer reserves the right for complete discretion assessing the practicality and safety of an installation.
In all circumstances where a property does not have a lawn, the sign will either: (1) be tied to a porch or fence; or (2) leave the property without installation.
Regardless of which above mentioned circumstance emerges, the real estate agent and/or broker will incur a "drivers" charge on their invoice; and is responsible for full payment of all respective charges.
We can not install on the BLVD its city property.
We install posts We are not there to shovel mountains of snow in the winter. Please have the homeownerís clear space for the post. Excessive shoveling will come at a cost for the time.

Lost / Damaged Post:

In an event where our posts are missing (cannot be located) there is a non-negotiable $120 fee automatically applied to your account. An email will be sent out to you to inform you if we have been unable to retrieve the post. If you are able to identify the location of the post, In the event that we successfully retrieve the post, the real estate agent and/or broker will be credited the $120.00 charge minus a trip charge for the 2 time out to retrieve the post.
In an event where our posts are damaged, to any degree, the real estate agent and/or broker will be fully responsible for up to $120 replacement post cost.


Signs and Storage:

All signs are subject to wear and tear damages or weathering from being up at listings. List 2 close will not pay to replace signs that have been damaged from basic and ordinary use.
We offer fee sign storage to clients that do at least 10 listings a year. We will set the number of signs in stock based on volume of use. From time to time we do a clean out of unused signs. We will give you notice to pick up your signs,
if you donít remove your signs they will be disposed off.
If you are rebranding, please give us a call to help deal with any changes you are making.
It is the responsibility of the real estate agent and/or broker to pay for all charges associated with sign disposal.


Installations; Time, Spot of Install

LIST 2 CLOSE will not intentionally install a post on city property, and/or violate any municipal install bylaws.
We will not meet with an agent at the property at a specific time.
we will not facilitate any timed orders.
In an event where a sign is requested on condominium property, the real estate agentís responsibility to get permission. And inform us on the order of any rules of placement.
It is the full responsibility of a real estate agent and/or broker to inform list 2 close of any including but not exclusive to: sprinkler systems, telephone or internet cables, gas lines, unmarked plumbing - at the property. List 2 close is not liable for any damages to the property as a result for neglecting to offer all pertinent information about the respective property.
Please mark a safe place to install the post to avoid problems.
We may paint posts to ensure the best presentation possible for the real estate agent and/or brokers. There may be wet paint on our posts for a full day after the post installation.
Materials owned by LIST 2 CLOSE are NOT to be altered in any way without written consent. This includes but is not limited to removal, re-installation, relocation, stickers $25 removal charge. These charges are non-negotiable.
In an event where the real estate agent and/or broker cancels an order after the driver has already completed the installation, they will be billed full charge. If they are at the house already the it will be a trip charge.
Any posts removed by the city or town, the agent will be responsible for all fines and levees and possibly a trip charge to recover the post and signs.
All installation orders are subject to an automatic "extension" fee of $25 charge  after the initial 4 month. For an extension of 3 months or any part of 4 months. If a removal order has not been submitted on time.


Removals:

We ask that you order your removals in advanced to help keep you from the extended charge when its not necessary or from forgotten and missing post. It would be most appreciated if you do not have removals on Fridays as this is our most requested install day.
LIST 2 CLOSE is not responsible for confirming any details prior to service.
In an event where our Installers arrive at a property and notice significant damage to post or sign, list 2 close will notify the relevant party of the damages.
In the event that a post is damaged or missing the real estate agent and/or broker will be fully responsible for the $120 replacement cost of posts.
Removals may be done 1-2 early if we are close to the address or a day later then the order day to best manage time and travel.


Service Areas

LIST 2 CLOSE regular daily service area is Milton, Mississauga excluding Malton, Oakville and Burlington excluding Aldershot. It is serviced Monday to Friday only. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we service Waterdown, Aldershot, Carlisle, Campbellville, Acton and Georgetown. And rule Milton and Burlington
Please ask for a quote ahead of ordering for out of regular service area.
We do not service Hamilton, Brampton, or Toronto.


Billing

We bill once a month at the end of the month. Your bill will have all your installs and a break down of all charges on it.
Payment is due upon receipt. After 10 days and at least 1 reminder sent. You will be billed a late fee of $20.And no further service. until your full bill is paid.

I DONT WANT YOUR LATE FEES. PLEASE PAY ON TIME. ALL LATE FEES WILL BE DONATED TO CHARITY.
